How to get help with Google Apps Standard
So, as you know, Google doesn't really offer much support to free accounts, however they do have a form you can fill out to request help. It can be a bit difficult to find, so here is the link:

Of course, don't forget to check the usual resources for help first... Google the issue, check their help pages, etc.

It seems that that link *requires* a “support PIN” and so does not work for “Standard”

It’s been a while since I needed to use the form, but I don’t see a field for “support pin.” I do see a “customer pin” field, but it isn’t marked as required. Did you get an error about that field when submitting the form?
