This person has leaked new FFXIV videos. They are high quality and
have new information about the game if you observe closely.

- Gil is dropped by Monsters. This will do wonders to combat RMT.
Guildleves also reward gil.
- There is a scaling difficulty level for Guildleves. Seen in this

After you "Commence" the Guildleve, you get the
"Select Number of Members" menu:
